Shipping policy

OnlyFinds ships physical products from our fulfillment location in the United States.

Orders are usually prepared within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During launches, drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, fulfillment may take longer.

Shipping rates and available shipping methods are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary after the package leaves our fulfillment location.

For U.S. orders, Shopify currently shows:

- Domestic Standard: $8.00, free for orders $70.00 and up, estimated 3-5 business days.

- Domestic Express: $15.00, estimated 1-2 business days.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at itsonlyfinds@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.

OnlyFinds is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered by the buyer, refused shipments, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help review the available carrier information.

International shipping is available to selected countries/regions shown at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local fees charged by their country unless Shopify checkout clearly states otherwise. International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier handling.
